| 正容汤作为治疗眼科因风证的经验良方，经历代医家不断探索，其临床运用的范围不断扩大。魏伟教授临床论治眼疾时甚为强调辨证论治的重要性，认为后天性麻痹性斜视、眼睑痉挛及眶上神经痛三大类疾病的病因病机皆为各种原因导致脏腑功能失调而复感风邪所致，予正容汤加减治疗效果显著。文章总结魏伟教授运用正容汤加减治疗上述三大类疾病的临证思路和用药规律，探讨正容汤运用于眼科治疗的辨证要点，并列举验案，期待为广大医者提供参考的同时，进一步开拓中医经方在治疗眼科疾病的优势领域。 |

| Zhengrong Decoction,as an empirical prescription for the treatment of eye syndrome,its clinical application scope has been continuously expanded by being continuously explored by generations of doctors. Professor WEI Wei emphasized the importance of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in clinical treatment,and believed that the etiology and pathogenesis of acquired paralytic strabismus,blepharospasm and supraorbital neuralgia were all caused by organ dysfunction and the pathogenic factors of wind. This paper summarizes professor WEI Wei's thinking and law of using Zhengrong Decoction to treat the above three kinds of diseases,discusses the key points of using Zhengrong Decoction in ophthalmic treatment,and lists the case,hoping to provide reference for the majority of doctors,and further explore the advantages of clinical application of classical formulas in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases. |
